Women in Wheels at Salon Privé 2025

This year’s Salon Privé was nothing short of extraordinary – a weekend of elegance, heritage, and horsepower that brought together the best of the automotive world at the stunning Blenheim Palace.

For me, it began on Saturday with an immense honour: joining the judging panel for the Lockton Trophy. To stand shoulder-to-shoulder with such respected figures in the industry and evaluate some of the most exquisite and historically significant cars was a privilege beyond words.

The craftsmanship, stories, and passion behind each car reminded me why Salon Privé is considered one of the crown jewels of the motoring calendar. A heartfelt thank you to Salon Privé and Lockton Performance for entrusting me with such a special role.

But if Saturday was about heritage, Sunday was about making history. And that’s where Women in Wheels® came in.

Our weekend began the evening before, as members gathered at the charming Bird in Hand Inn in Witney for dinner. It was a night of laughter, shared stories, and anticipation – a perfect prelude to what would follow.

By Sunday morning, 14 cars lined up to convoy together into Blenheim Palace, the engines humming with excitement. As we rolled through the gates, the sight was unforgettable – a convoy of women, unapologetically driving their passion.

By the time we were settled, 25 Women in Wheels® sports cars filled the paddock. From Porsches, Aston Martins, Corvette Stingray, Ferraris, Lotuses to the stunning pink M2, the line-up was as diverse as the women themselves. What united us was not the horsepower under the bonnet but the confidence, camaraderie, and sheer joy of being part of something bigger. Together, we made our mark – showing the automotive world that women are here, visible, and thriving.

Salon Privé is about more than cars. It’s about lifestyle, legacy, and community. And for Women in Wheels®, it was the perfect stage to showcase what we stand for: empowerment, elegance, and

the freedom of the drive.
